Responsibilities:

Monitor and post daily ACH transactions, including exception handling and reconciliations
Handle discrepancies and resolve non-post issues tied to checks and payments
Input and maintain data for loan and deposit accounts, ensuring accurate updates
Provide responsive support to internal teams regarding account operations and transaction inquiries
Process manual entries and fee updates related to deposit products and services
Reconcile credit card activity and resolve mismatches in transactions
Assist with daily and monthly general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
Maintain interest rate data and ensure accurate adjustments as required

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in back-office banking operations, with a focus on ACH, account maintenance, or reconciliations
Working knowledge of general ledger entries and bank transaction processes
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail under pressure
Effective verbal and written communication skills to support internal team collaboration
Familiarity with core banking systems and tools such as AS400 a plus
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, professional work ethic
