Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple C-suite individuals Previous experience supporting a Board of Directors and preparing for board meetings
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Executive Assistant to work Nashville, TN for a large nonprofit client. This person will be responsible for the coordination of three executive officers responsibilities. This person will be coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, as well as act as the liaison between executives and board members while maintaining organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain the daily calendar for the Executive Team

• Screen calls and emails as requested while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion

• Prepare materials, including presentations, for internal and external meetings

• Provides support using PowerPoint and Excel to create dashboards, charts, spreadsheets, statistical tables, databases and ad hoc reports, etc.

• Prepare and submit Purchase Orders, prepare expense reports including credit card receipts and mileage reimbursement

• Supports special events by organizing programs, events, meetings, or conferences to include arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating presenters and controlling event budget

• Makes travel arrangements as needed

Compensation: $20/hr to $32/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
