We are excited to share a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Finance Manager based in Lakeland, Florida . This role begins as a 2 to 6-month contract with the potential for permanent placement — and significant growth opportunity , including the potential to advance into the Director of Finance role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take the lead in shaping and managing the financial outlook for a key region, including planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, strategic insights for senior decision-makers.
• Work closely with teams across operations, logistics, and quality to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Keep a close eye on financial trends, flag potential issues early, and suggest practical solutions.
• Dive into how production resources are used and ensure costs are tracked and allocated correctly.
• Help reduce inventory-related risks and make sure financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and key metrics to keep the business on track.
• Support external audits and assist with year-end financial activities.

🎓 What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance or cost-focused role, ideally within a production or manufacturing setting.
• Solid grasp of budgeting, cost analysis, and working with enterprise financial systems.
