Job Description

As the Digital Paid Media Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of digital paid media, managing a significant budget to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI. Your focus will be on leading operations, improving incrementality, and ensuring profitable growth.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven digital paid media strategy to achieve acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Manage budget allocation and optimize channel mix for efficiency and incremental growth.
  • Use analytics, tracking, and testing to measure performance and refine campaigns.
  • Lead A/B testing for creative, landing pages, and ad formats to improve results.
  • Identify new opportunities and emerging platforms to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media with broader business objectives.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture to drive continuous improvement.

In 2005, Music & Arts joined forces with American Music to become the largest band and orchestra instrument retailer in the United States. Based in Frederick, MD, Music & Arts is now part of the Guitar Center enterprise and comprises 225+ retail stores, 200+ educational representatives, and 250+ affiliate locations.

 

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience in a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including pay-per-click management.
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google, Bing and Meta Ads platforms.

Pay Rate: $100,000 - $120,000/yr depending on background and experience.

This position is eligible to participate in the Music & Arts Company bonus program based on Company performance.
