Key Responsibilities include collaborating with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans, maintaining communication with referral sources and guardians, participating in meetings for continuity of care, assisting in research and referrals, scheduling treatment appointments and providing transportation, supporting clients in accessing medical services, offering crisis intervention and facilitating group education, utilizing peer support to foster recovery, helping individuals identify strengths and set recovery goals, providing emotional and instructional support, and adhering to ethical and confidentiality standards. Education and qualifications required include a High School Diploma/GED, valid driver's license, Certified Missouri Peer Specialist certification, successful background checks, and minimum one year of recovery.
