Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Real Estate Operations & Project Coordinator. This full-time position supports multiple entities — including WinWin LLC (house flipping and renovation projects), JKN LLC (rental property management), and REIS Inc. (real estate brokerage operations). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable managing projects and people, and eager to contribute across several fast-paced areas of residential real estate. Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 yearly Responsibilities: WinWin LLC – Renovation Project Support Track jobsite progress across multiple active property flips Manage and maintain a rolling 2-week lookahead and jobsite checklist system Order and coordinate the timely delivery of materials Schedule and manage subcontractors and in-house crews Visit job sites 2–3 times per week to ensure quality control and progress Assist with improving efficiency, logistics, and timeline management JKN LLC – Rental Property Oversight (12 Units) Track rent payments and follow up on late payments Initiate eviction processes if necessary Record and reconcile income and expenses using QuickBooks Maintain organized digital records of leases, payments, and tenant communication REIS Inc. – Real Estate Brokerage Support Take and upload listing photos, signage, and property marketing materials Assist with transaction coordination and closing document preparation Pay and enter bills into QuickBooks Show homes to prospective buyers (license not required) Support client outreach and manage simple email marketing campaigns Qualifications: Education & Experience Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project coordination , construction management, property management, or related field Experience with residential real estate , renovation projects , or tenant/rental operations preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or real estate is a plus Technical Skills Proficient with QuickBooks for light bookkeeping, rent tracking, and bill management Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) Comfortable using basic project management tools (e.g., Trello or similar platforms) Ability to take and upload listing photos, organize digital files, and manage simple email marketing tools Project & Operations Skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active projects , prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Experience coordinating contractors, crews, or vendors, including ordering materials and scheduling work Familiarity with 2-week lookahead planning and jobsite visit documentation is highly valued Communication & Interpersonal Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, vendors, tenants, and clients Spanish language proficiency is a significant advantage for field communication Personal Attributes Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Problem solver who can adapt to shifting priorities across multiple business entities Logistics & Availability Full-time availability with flexible hours based on project needs Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for jobsite visits (2–3 times per week) Willingness to work from our local office and occasionally assist with off-site property visits or showings About Company At Ness Bros , we’re a third-generation real estate and auction company built on trust, results, and people-first service.
