🚧 Bridge Project Manager – Eastern Pennsylvania 🚧

Location: Philadelphia / Allentown Region (Hybrid Available)

Salary Range: Up to $200 K (based on experience)

Join a nationally recognized infrastructure consulting firm ranked among the top five in bridge design across the U.S. We're looking for an experienced Bridge Project Manager to help lead some of the region’s most critical and complex transportation projects.

This role offers the chance to shape high-profile bridge projects—ranging from conventional overpasses to major river crossings—while mentoring junior engineers and directly impacting the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead multi-disciplinary bridge design and inspection projects from start to finish
• Oversee project performance, staff, budgets, and client communications
• Collaborate with state and local agencies including PennDOT, SEPTA, and DRPA
• Contribute to business development strategies, proposal writing, and client outreach
• Act as a mentor and technical guide for junior engineering staff
• Ensure all designs meet AASHTO LRFD standards and regional specifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• PE license in PA (or ability to obtain within 6 months); multi-state licensure a plus
• 15+ years of bridge-related experience with at least 5 years managing projects
• Strong knowledge of road and rail bridge design, load rating, and rehabilitation
• Familiarity with PennDOT standards and inspection practices preferred
• Experience managing projects involving roadway, drainage, and geotechnical elements
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Midas, BrD/BrR, or CSi Bridge is a plus
• Excellent leadership, client management, and team coordination skills
