Responsibilities

• Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store performance results.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by empowering your team to say yes to customers.
• Create an engaging store environment that anticipates customer needs.
• Maintain all merchandising and operational standards consistent with Brand Standards.

Develop a High Performing Crew

• Hire, engage, and develop talented employees.
• Foster an inclusive and connected team environment.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to inspire accountability.
• Partner with District Manager and HR for employee development and relations.

Drive a Consistent Business

• Analyze business results and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Manage payroll, staffing, inventory, and store maintenance effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 3+ years management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and think creatively.
• Maintain composure under pressure.
