RESPONSIBILITIES

Build a Culture of Working Back from the Customer Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store performance results. Ensure exceptional customer experiences by applying the Five Below service model that empowers your crew to say yes to customers. Anticipate customer needs and create an amazing store environment. Maintain all company merchandising and operational standards consistent with Brand Standards. Develop a High Performing Crew Hire and engage talented employees with the necessary skills for their store roles. Foster a caring, inclusive, and diverse culture. Inspire accountability through training, coaching, and feedback. Communicate clearly, listen actively, and build trust and respect. Partner with District Managers and HR for coaching, performance documentation, and employee relations. Maintain a safe environment for customers and crew. Implement a talent plan to attract and retain top talent and foster career growth. Build internal and external networks for recruitment and succession planning. Drive a Consistent Business Analyze business results regularly and leverage reports to improve performance. Balance priorities effectively, managing payroll and schedules responsibly. Ensure compliance with financial controls, SOPs, and company policies. Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory, and store maintenance. Prioritize and plan based on corporate communications. Achieve results without compromising quality or integrity, adhering to all laws and policies. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
