A high-growth platform powering hiring for hundreds of top startups is looking for a VC Partnerships Lead to join its demand-side Growth team. The platform helps early-stage companies solve their most complex recruiting challenges by connecting them with top-tier talent through a fast, founder-friendly experience.

The Role

As the VC Partnerships Lead , you’ll own and scale strategic relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and key players in the startup ecosystem. This is a highly visible, high-impact role focused on building a repeatable, scalable referral engine that supports portfolio companies in hiring mission-critical talent.

The company recently piloted a partnership program with several leading investment firms, which led to dozens of successful hires across early-stage startups. Your mission will be to turn this momentum into a structured, long-term growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and other startup ecosystem stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor to portfolio companies, helping them navigate hiring needs and adopt the platform
• Design and implement scalable partner programs that drive qualified referrals and platform adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Success) to ensure referred startups succeed
• Own KPIs and feedback loops to continuously improve program impact and partner satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in early-stage venture, founder support, or strategic partnerships at a high-growth startup
• Strong network and understanding of the early-stage startup ecosystem
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic mindset with a strong bias toward execution and iteration
